LV Heat Surf SC Tournaments hosts three events each year:

Surf Cup Southwest – February/March

Las Vegas Invitational Fall Cup – October

3v3 Holiday Classic – December

The tournament is held in October in Las Vegas, Nevada. October 10-12th of 2025.

Yes, payment must be submitted in order to confirm and secure your team’s spot.

Payment can be made online during the registration process or via a secure payment link provided by the tournament.

Players interested in guest playing can complete a Guest Player Registration Form on the tournament website. Teams looking for guest players may also be able to access this pool.

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games during the tournament weekend.

Games are scheduled between Friday and Sunday of tournament weekend.


Yes. The tournament follows a Stay & Play policy. All traveling teams must book accommodations through the official housing partner to be accepted. Click Here

Team check-in details will be sent to accepted teams. It is typically done online in advance or at a designated location prior to the start of the tournament.

The roster freeze date is typically the Wednesday before the tournament weekend, at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time). No changes are permitted after that time.

Teams are placed in brackets with a group play format, followed by semifinals and finals where applicable.
