The tournament is held in October in Las Vegas, Nevada. October 10-12th of 2026.
Yes, payment must be submitted in order to confirm and secure your team’s spot.
Payment can be made online during the registration process or via a secure payment link provided by the tournament.
Players interested in guest playing can complete a Guest Player Registration Form on the tournament website. Teams looking for guest players may also be able to access this pool.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games during the tournament weekend.
Group Games are scheduled for Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, with group-stage matches played on both days. Semi-finals will take place Sunday afternoon or Monday Morning, and finals will be played on Monday, October 12. The championship ceremony will conclude no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, October 12.
Team check-in details will be sent to accepted teams. It is typically done online in advance or at a designated location prior to the start of the tournament.
The roster freeze date is typically the Tuesday night before the tournament weekend, at 8:59 PM (Pacific Time). No changes are permitted after that time.
Teams are placed in brackets with a group play format, followed by semifinals and finals where applicable.
